All the sales are final. We do not provide cancellation of orders. We do not accept returns due to sanitation issues.

We are not responsible for items that have tarnished due to exposure to water or other liquids like perfume, sweat etc. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item received is defective, damaged, or if you've received the wrong item.
