Processing & Shipping
Once your order is placed, it will take 3-15 days to process and ship. As a small business managed by a single person, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Order Processing & Delivery Time • Orders within India are usually processed and dispatched within 1–10 business days.
• Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days, depending on your location.
• Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as:
• Weather conditions
• Political disruptions or strikes
• Courier delays
Pre-Orders
• Processing time for pre-orders will always be mentioned in the product description.
Important Shipping Notes
• We do not compensate for delays or any emotional/mental distress caused by late deliveries.
• Please double-check your shipping address and details before placing the order.
• Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
• If an incorrect address is entered, contact us immediately. Even in such case we might forget to edit the details while shipping so please be aware and put the right detail from the start. We are not responsible for resending orders at our own expense.
• Theiathestore is not responsible for any package that is lost or damaged after it leaves our facility.
• For compensation claims, an uncut unboxing video must be provided within 24 hoursof receiving the package.
